| | | Ms. Barrantes joined the firm in 2010 and currently is a Senior Associate in the Infrastructure and Public Utilities Practice Group. She advises national and international clients in the administrative and public law, government contracting, water and sewage utilities, and public budget, amongst others. During her professional career, she has been an arbitrator before the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, as well as Co-Chair of the Government Contracting Specialization at Universidad del Rosario and Graduate Professor lecturing on government contracting and administrative law.
Ms. Barrantes is admitted to the practice of law in Colombia.
Ms. Barrantes graduated from the School of Law of Universidad del Rosario. She also obtained a specialization and an LL.M in Administrative Law from the same university where she obtained a honored graduation paper by the Dean of the Law School.
