| | | Mr. Arias is a graduate from the School of Law of Universidad del Rosario. He also obtained his degree as French Jurist specialized in Private International Law from Pantheon Assas University – Paris. In addition, he graduated with an LL.M in Arbitration and International Trade from Versailles University, Paris.
Mr. Arias joined the firm in 2007 and currently is an Associate in the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency Practice Group. He advises national and international clients in proceedings before ordinary jurisdiction and before national and international arbitration courts, in civil and commercial matters.
Mr. Arias also worked as a Foreign Associate at Uría Menéndez in Madrid, Spain and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliff LLP in France.
Mr. Arias is admitted to the practice of law in Colombia.
