Mr. Afanador is a graduate of the School of Law of Universidad Javeriana. He has a specialization in antitrust law and free trade from the same university.

As a member of the corporate team, he prepares commercial agreements in connection with distribution and agency schemes. Additionally, he advises national and international companies on the internal legal requirements with respect to corporate matters. He is actively involved in transactions and queries related to antitrust law.
