| | | Mr. Acosta-Caicedo graduated with honors from the School of Law of Universidad del Rosario. He also obtained two specializations in Commercial Law and Corporate Law from the same university.
Mr. Acosta-Caicedo joined the firm in 2008 and currently is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Law Practice Group. He advises national and international clients in matters relating to the incorporation and operation of corporations in Colombia, to the consumer protection regime and negotiation of mercantile agreements, distribution schemes and cooperation agreements. Additionally, he provides advisory to clients in connection with commercial and regulatory aspects of the aerial and terrestrial transportation sectors.
