Lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. As a member of the commercial and corporate law team, she advises local and foreign clients in corporate and contractual matters, including: (i) decision making of corporate bodies, shareholder agreements, general secretariat, corporate governance, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, splits, capitalizations , (ii) drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, (iii) incorporation of legal entities, branches and establishments of investment vehicles in Colombia and (iv) consummer law matters.
